Engraved Browning A-Bolt Pronghorn Issue Bolt Action Rifle with Scope
Manufactured in 1987, this is a deluxe version of the A-Bolt manufactured without sights. The receiver is mounted with a Redfield 3x-9x scope with flip-up scope covers. Fluted bolt, tang safety and gold washed serrated trigger. Fancy floral engraved with punch dot background receiver, trigger guard, hinged floor plate and a small area of the rear section of the barrel. In addition to the floral engravings, the serial number and a standing pronghorn appear on the right side of the receiver, a sitting pronghorn appears on the left side of the receiver and a "family" of three pronghorns appear on the floor plate, all in gold. The top of the barrel is gold marked "1of 500". Presentation-grade walnut stock with skip-line checkering with pearl-inlaid borders, sling swivels and solid basket weaved recoil pad.

Condition: Excellent. The rifle retains 99% plus of the original blue finish with very light handling marks. The stock is also excellent with some moderate scratches and nicks, with a pressure dent on the left side of the forend cap and a small patch of scratches on the right side rear of the bolt. Scope is excellent with clear optics.
