Very good. The barrels retain 80% original brown finish with gray patina and some light spotting on the breech end from handling. Almost all of the Damascus pattern remains. The trigger guard is a mix of thin original blue finish and brown patina with a small area of oxidation and some minor spotting. The lock plates retain 95% original bright case colors and the hammers have a mix of original vivid case colors and smooth gray patina. The trigger guard plate retains most of the vivid original case colors. The remaining metal surfaces have a smooth silver gray patina. The wood is also very good with some scattered minor dents, dings and crisp checkering. The markings and engraving are clear. The action is fine.
