English underlever cap gun by Blissett & Son of High Holborn, London. The gun shows 26” fluid steel barrels with .45 caliber rifle and 20-bore smooth for shot or ball. The barrels are mounted with four leaf sights,the locks and action are nicely scroll engraved. The barrels show 90-95% of an old English quality refinish. The locks and frame show traces of case hardening going to silver. The good quality mahogany stock shows some refreshening which is properly done and the checkering is good. The wood to metal fit on the locks is very tight. The wood shows no evidence of sanding. The action is tight and the bores are very good and stillshiny. Est: $3,000 - $6,000
