English double barrel tap-action Flintlock pistol signed “H. Nock London” circa about 1800-1820 in very good original condition. The pistol measures 6-1/4” overall with 1-1/2” barrels of approx 38 caliber falserifle. The metal surfaces are fairly sharp and crisp with nice engraving except areas of pitting on bottom side of barrel and breech. The grips are very good with checkering on the rear. Small parts and screws original,action is working well. Nock was well known for fine arms and made Volley guns, Blunderbusses, multi shots and oddities. From an old New York collector’s estate.
