Signers are: John Phillip, Frank Holl (written to noted surgeon Sir James Paget), Briton Riviere, Fred Leighton, Charles Landseer, Sir George Hayter, and David Wilkie. Also included is a an ink signature of B. W. Leader dated 1899. In very good overall condition.
