Enfield single shot breech loading rifle in the pattern of an 1861 Cavalry carbine, .577 cal., 19” round barrel, wood stock, #NVSN. This gun is in well-worn condition showing a brown patina on metal surfaces, with proofs,scattered old mars and dings from carry and storage, good action, rough bore, good wood stock with cartouche on right side of stock and “4 16 5 1867” stamped on either side of the cartouche; brass trigger guard andbutt plate that is marked “62 125”. From the estate of a collector of Canadian military and police materials. Est.: $300-$500.
