The Enfield Eddystone Model 1917 was originally manufactured and used for the first World War and where sporterized after the war for civilian use. The rifle displays a 24" long round barrel, walnut stock, tasco mounted scope, internal magazine, and bolt action. The barrel is marked "338 Win" on the left side and "Apex" on the right and the receiver marked "U.S. Model 1917 Eddystone" under the scope mount. Mechanically the rifle displays a crisp trigger and smooth action. The rifle shows good condition overall with some wear due to age and handling. Serial Number: 628222. This firearm qualifies as a Curio & Relic firearm, and requires FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.
