<B>Emperor Haile Selassie I of Ethiopia Document Signed</B></I>, one page, 9.5" x 14.25", Addis Ababa, "<I>the fourth year of our reign</B></I> [1933]", in Amharic. The document has an embossed seal of the Kingdom of Ethiopia and a few small insect holes. Foxing and a central fold. A few small tears along the edges where the document was removed from a binding, else very good. The document is addressed to Tiburcio Carias Andino congratulating him on becoming Constitutional President of the Republic of Honduras. Haile Selassie's full title was "His Imperial Majesty Haile Selassie I, Conquering Lion of the Tribe of Judah, King of Kings of Ethiopia and Elect of God".
