Czech soprano (1878–1930) who created the role of Minnie in the premiere of Puccini's La fanciulla del West, opposite Enrico Caruso, under the direction of Arturo Toscanini. Original 4.25 x 6.5 cabinet photo of Destinn in costume by Atelier Victoria of Berlin, signed on the image in black ink, “Emmy Destinn 1905.” In fine condition.
