Renowned singer (1847–1930) who was the first Canadian to become an international opera star, performing for the likes of Queen Victoria, Kaiser Wilhelm I, and Czar Alexander II. Vintage 4.25 x 6.5 cabinet photo of Albani in a white dress and veil by Mora of New York, signed in the lower border in purple ink and dated 1875. In fine condition, with a bit of light rubbing to image and mounting remnants to reverse.
