3 large embroidered silk shawls all circa 1900's-20's and in need of some repair to small holes and missing fringe.<BR>Mustard background with an intricate floral and leaf pattern with blue, maroon, peach, and gold flowers and leaves of dark and light shades of green. The fringe is in green, olive, rust, and gold. There are some holes but fringe seems in good condition.<BR>101" fringe to fringe x 32" w<BR>Deep maroon background shawl with cream embroidered roses, flowers, and leaves with a cream fringe. In good condition minus some very small holes and some black marks which should be easily cleaned. Some threads may need to be re-sewn and there is fringe around all edges.<BR>74" x 70" <BR>Black background with red and pink embroidered roses and intricate weaving green leaf and stem pattern with loosely woven black fringe. Needs few if any repairs and is in wonderful condition.<BR>92" x 92"

20% BUYER'S PREMIUM ADDED TO ALL LOTS PURCHASED
1. All buyers must be issued a bidding number, a Password and a UserID No. All buyers shall supply Churchill Crocker Auctions with their name, address, phone number and if so requested, a bank reference. A form of picture ID is required to verify information given.
2. The highest bidder shall be the buyer at the “hammer price,” and any dispute shall be settled at the Auctioneer’s absolute discretion. An audio recording is made of each auction to verify auction results, if necessary.
3. The Auctioneer has the right at his absolute discretion to refuse any bid and to advance the bidding as he may decide.
4. California Sales Tax will be paid on 1) The Hammer Price and 2) the 20% Buyer’s Premium, unless the buyer provides auctioneer with a valid Resale Certificate at the time of registration.
5. Auctioneer reserves the right to hold merchandise until a buyer’s check clears. There will be a $25.00 handling fee charged, each time a check is returned from the bank for any reason.
6. Title to property shall not pass to the buyer until the purchase price has been paid in full, but purchased property shall be at the buyer’s risk in all respects from the fall of the hammer.
7. Any representation or statement by Churchill Crocker Auctions as to authorship, attribution, genuineness, origin, date, age, provenance, condition, or estimated selling price is merely a statement of opinion.
8. All measurements, size and weights are approximate.
9. There may be minimums and opening bids placed on some items.
