This is an exciting and colorful female portrait by Emanuel Romano (1897-1984) dating from the early 20th century. Stretcher measures 28 x 36 inches. Considerable wear to the canvas at the edge of the stretcher. Nonetheless, the canvas is intact in one piece and we believe this piece is an excellent candidate for relining.
