Elvis Presley's 14K yellow gold diamond and black star sapphire ring in the form of a "10," a number which Elvis appreciated. The nugget ring, approximately size 11.5 and 15.1 gm, features four inlaid diamonds as the "1" and a black star sapphire as the "0." In fine condition. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from Marie Goldstein, in part: "This is to certify that this gold diamond ring with large black sapphire was created for Elvis Presley to make the #10. It was found amongst the personal effects of Vernon and Elvis Presley's at Dolan Drive in Memphis. I obtained this diamond ring from Bonnie Burnette who operated the Hickory Log across the street from Graceland. I knew several of the Memphis Mafia and have been close friends with the Burnette's for many years." Also includes an appraisal letter from Bellman's Jewelers, outlining the technical aspects of the piece.

During the early 60s, Vernon Presley purchased a home at 1266 Dolan Dr. which is adjacent to Graceland. Elvis had a gate installed so that he could walk from his backyard directly into his father's house. After Elvis's divorce in 1973, Elvis spent more time over there to occasionally escape Graceland and its inhabitants. After Elvis's death, Vernon moved into Graceland and sold the Dolan home and all of its contents to Hobart and Bonnie Burnette, who owned the Hickory Log Restaurant across the street from Graceland. The Burnettes delivered food up to the house for the Memphis Mafia and, on occasion, Elvis and/or Vernon.
