"Hound Dog" Chris Craft Cavalier Boat Used By Elvis Presley (Featured in Boating Magazine) W/COA (Museum Exhibited) - This is Chris Craft Cavalier boat used by Elvis Presley, which he lovingly named "Hound dog". The boat was featured in Boating Magazine, which has a full article about the boat. The boat has been restored, and is in beautiful condition, however it does not have an engine. The boat has been museum exhibited, and will come with a certificate of authenticity from Jimmy Velvet. Jimmy met Elvis in 1955, when he was 15 and Elvis was 20, at the Hank Snow Show at the Gator Bowl in Jacksonville, Florida. During the early 1960's, Velvet worked in music management, and also toured as a musician with the Jimmy Velvet Show Band. After Elvis Presley's death, Jimmy remained very close with the Presley family, and obtained many items from "Graceland", the estate of Elvis Presley. Velvet created the Elvis Presley Museum, four years before Graceland opened its doors to the public. Velvet owned and was President of the museum, and amassed the largest authentic collection of artifacts owned by Elvis Presley in the world. Velvet was named "The Godfather of Memorabilia" by Rolling Stone magazine, and has appeared on television shows such as Pawn Stars, Entertainment Tonight, and others.
