Elvis Presley 1.60ctw SI1-SI2/G-H Diamond & Solid 14K Yellow Gold Ring Given to Bodyguard Dave Hebler W/Letter of Authenticity - This handsome ring was personally owned by Elvis Presley, and given to Elvis' personal bodyguard Dave Hebler. The ring is made of solid 14k yellow and white gold, and contains approx. 1.60ctw genuine SI1-SI2/G-H brilliant round-cut pave set diamonds. The ring has an angled, three row design encrusted with fiery white diamonds lining the top of each row. The top of the ring where the diamonds are set has been dipped in white gold, to best display their radiant white color. Elvis was known for his generosity, and gave Mr. Hebler many pieces of jewelry over the years. The ring will be accompanied by a hand written letter of authenticity from Hebler. This is an incredible piece of memorabilia from one of history's most well known entertainers. The ring measures 13mm wide, and is ring size 9.5. (WEIGHT: 11.6 grams) Elvis Presley (1935-1977) was an American singer and actor. He was considered the most significant cultural icons of the 20th century, and is often referred to as "The King of Rock and Roll" or "the King". 2- This is a public auction and is conducted by a licensed auction company. There will be a 28% (6% ONLINE SALES AND CREDIT CARD FEE & 22% BUYER'S PREMIUM=28% TOTAL). Buyer's premium added to all invoices, unless otherwise stated on catalog page. The auctioneer will open bidding at a reasonable price or the pre-bid amount on each lot,and may set bidding increments as he/she deems necessary. The auctioneer's decisions are final. No lots will be broken, please do not ask.
2A - Wire transfer will be required on all purchases over $2500.00. We will also provide a 3% "cash discount" on all transactions if you choose to do a wire transfer. We will also provide this cash discount if you mail in a cashier's check (no personal checks please). All cashier's checks must be received by the Tuesday following the auction.
3- Lots will be sold to the highest bidder.Absentee bids will be treated as limits, if applicable. GWS Auctions, LLC reserves the right to refuse any bid. We reserve the right to pull any items at anytime from our auction. We reserve the right to retract bids as we feel fit.
4- Wording, which is subjective, and other adjectival descriptions are the opinion of the Auction House. No warranty is expressed, implied or provided, since these opinions can and do vary among individuals. No lots may be returned by bidders.
4a- All "Estimated Values" provided are based on retail prices on comparable items in our local market (Agoura Hills, CA).
5- All Sales Are Final.
6- All sales are strictly in U.S. dollars. Anyone wishing to purchase lots in CA will also be charged sales tax of 9.5%. All winning bidders pay postage and handling, shipping insurance and delivery confirmation fee.
7-Please call us to make a payment after the auction over, otherwise there will be an additional 3.5% charge for late fees.
8- All payments are to be made in full as soon as the hammer falls. NO EXCEPTIONS. If we have not received payment in 48 hours of the auction, a 35% reselling fee will be charged.
9- Postage charges will be based on FEDEX and USPS rates, a handling fee of $1 per item and any costs for packing material (we are honest, and simply charge for boxes and packing material not for packing time and other ridiculous things of that sort). WE SHIP ITEMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH USPS or FEDEX PROCEDURE, SO IN THE EVENT YOU HAVE TO MAKE A CLAIM FOR A DAMAGED ITEM-THE CLAIM WILL NOT BE DENIED. Items will be shipped and insured with delivery/signature confirmation at buyer's expense.

10- Bids on behalf of corporations must be personally guaranteed by one or more of it's officers. Any credit card payment made by a corporation is subject to a 4.25% charge. Each bidder is responsible for his/her bids, and cannot act for a third party.
11-The buyer is responsible for attorney, other judicial fees, and expenses involved in collection of outstanding invoices.
11A - Bidder further agrees, regardless of the auction's location, to indemnify and hold Auctioneer harmless from any claim, loss or damage as a result of the auction sale and to bear the risk of any loss or damage to any property included in said auction.
11B- Bidder and Auctioneer agree to mediate any dispute or claim they may
have concerning the enforcement of this agreement. The mediation shall be held in Los Angeles, California or any other location agreed upon in writing by the parties to the mediation with the mediator selected by agreement of the parties. If the parties cannot agree upon a mediator, each party shall select an independent mediator and those mediators shall select a mediator of the
dispute. Should any party fail to mediate their dispute prior to turning to litigation, that party shall lose its right to attorneys' fees as stated below even if determined to be the prevailing party.
11C- Bidder and Auctioneer agree that the exclusive course of action in
any dispute or litigation concerning the enforcement of this agreement shall be held in a Los Angeles County Branch Superior Court, State of California applying applicable California law.
11D - In the event of any dispute concerning the enforcement of this
agreement, including an action for declaratory relief, the prevailing party in that dispute shall be entitled to their reasonable attorneys' fees in addition to any other relief to which that party may
be entitled.
11E - The Bidder and Auctioneer agree that this agreement shall be binding on
their heirs, personal representatives, successors and/or assigns, and that any changes to this agreement shall not be enforceable unless in writing and signed by both Bidder and Auctioneer.
12- If you are the winning bidder, you must pay for the item, no exceptions. If you need immediate assistance please call our auction house at: 760-610-4175, if you wait until the auction is over to report a problem with a bid that resulted in a win, and do not pay, you will be charged a 35% reselling fee, subject to the 20% buyer's premium. NO EXCEPTIONS.
13- Please note: Bidding in this auction, whether in person or on the internet, constitutes full acceptance by the bidder of the foregoing terms of sale.
14- All items will be sent within 4-6 (BUSINESS) days of the auction.
15- All terms and conditions are strictly enforced, with no exceptions. We have a "you win, you buy" policy. Please be advised that there is a 20% BUYER'S premium.
16-By accepting these terms and conditions, and bidding in our auction, you automatically agree to our "NO CHARGEBACK" Policy. Which states-That all bidders agree to NEVER initiate a chargeback for any reason unless we have misrepresented an item, and in that case we ask you to please contact our auction house to give us an opportunity to right the situation prior to you doing a chargeback. 760-610-4175

In the event that you need to make a claim with FedEx you will need to complete the following:
1) KEEP THE BOX, ALL PACKING MATERIAL & THE DAMAGED ITEM (INCLUDING ALL BROKEN OR DAMAGED PIECES).**IF YOU THROW AWAY THE BOX AND PACKAGING FEDEX WILL DENY YOUR CLAIM.
