This is a hand crafted custom knife from George Weinand of Lolo, Montana. This is and earlier knife. The knife shows excellent quality showing Elk Horn Antler carved handle, rustic brass hilt, and polished high carbon stainless steel blade. Blade is marked, "Weinand" with an etched Montana Trophy Elk scene. George Weinand was one of the principle founders of the Montana Knife Collectors Association and Montana Knifemakers Association in the 1990's. Knife in very good condition with leather scabbard. Knife is 12.75"l with a 7.75"l x 2"w blade.
