Elizabeth Taylor wardrobe from the 1953 MGM film, ''The Girl Who Had Everything''. Elegant navy blue silk sleeveless dress was procured by costume designer Helen Rose for Elizabeth Taylor, who starred opposite Fernando Lamas as an attorney's daughter who falls for one of her father's roguish clients. Dress features a nipped-in waist and hemline that hits below the knee. A label sewn inside reads ''Elizabeth Taylor''. Measures 11.5'' across the waist. Some lightening to fabric at center, else near fine. Originally acquired from the famous MGM Archives Sale, held in 1970 to free up space on the studio lot that had been occupied by the thousands of costumes and props used in MGM pictures over the years.
