This is a Elgin National Watch Company Gold pocket watch serial number 22426399. The watch is a size 12s, grade 301, 7 jewel railway, pocket watch manufactured in 1919. The watch mechanism appears to be in excellent working condition. This comes with a rare gold (or gold filled) watch chain. The chain has an etched design with three chains and a center slide. Watch measures 2.5"x1 7/8" and the chain is 13" long. Rare H.F.H. & Co. hand etched chain. Exact Gold is unknown. This comes in a glass top black display case that measures 8"x14.5"

This is a legal agreement between you, the user or buyer, and North American Auction Company. You must be at least 18 years old to bid. North American Auction Company. In the event of legal proceedings arising from this contract or from the auction in connection therewith, buyer consents to being subject to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Montana. Buyer also agrees that venue shall be in Gallatin County, Montana and that the laws of the State of Montana shall govern this Agreement and the parties' transaction hereunder. The BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save the Auction Co., Seller and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees), directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from Buyer's negligent acts or omissions or breach of this agreement, except for damages caused by or resulting from the Auction Co.'s sole negligence. All items must be paid for prior to removal; if storage arrangements are not made in advance of bidding on items. Storage will start March 22th 2015 and will be charged $10 per day per item. If there is a dispute on the authenticity of an item, the only professional opinion that will be considered is from a curator of a well-known museum. We do our best to represent items; this is an auction with NO warranties or returns. Do not bid unless you agree to all of the terms above.
