The 6.5'' x 3.5'' envelope, postmarked from Washington, D.C. on 27 June 1945, two months after FDR died, also has two three-cent FDR stamps. Mrs. Roosevelt signs: ''Eleanor Roosevelt'' and the President signs: ''Harry Truman''. Cover featuring a black and white photo of FDR shows minor soiling and creasing, else very good condition. A poignant remembrance.
