Thank you for all your kindness to me during my engagement here at Harrah's"; an ALS signed "Eleanor," two pages, penned on the inside of a greeting card, 8 x 5, May 11, 1967, in part; "Art was down to see me before he went to the awards. We had such a nice visit…I think of my wonderful engagement at Harrah's & especially your kindness to me—I will never forget that birthday with all the little cakes & candles. I adore the snow having been born in Mass. but my Mother's illness keeps me here in Beverly Hills for the moment"; a vintage glossy 5 x 7 photo of Powell wearing a sheer black dancing outfit, signed in fountain pen, "To 'Cliff,' Thank you for all your kindness—Don't forget your dancing friend, Eleanor Powell"; and a vintage glossy 8 x 10 full-length photo of Powell wearing an elaborate caped costume, signed in fountain pen, "To 'Cliff,' My wonderful friend at Harrah's. Don't forget your dancing friend, always, Eleanor Powell." Another hand has dated the photo to 1964. In overall fine condition.
