To Lewis Strauss &#40;1896-1974&#41;, who served as chairman of the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission between 1953 and 1958, regarding Metropolitan Philip Saliba, Archbishop of the Syrian Antiochian Orthodox Archdiocese of New York and North America.
