Letter is addressed to Eisenhower's brother, Edgar, and discusses his Secretary of State, John Foster Dulles: ''...It is more than ironic that it took his grave illness to awaken the American people to a true appreciation of his strength and wisdom, particularly in the struggle against Imperialistic Communism...'' Signed boldly, ''D.E.'', letter measures 6.75'' x 9'' on one page with two holes punched at top. Near fine.
