A grand Egyptian Revival wall relief doubles as a functional garment or hat rack, featuring the goddess Isis with her protective wings outstretched in a classic protector's stance. The piece is finished in a deep bronze patina with inset polychrome enameling in turquoise, terracotta red, and lapis blue. The four raised, floral-patterned bosses along the lower wing edge serve as the hanging points for coats or hats, a design choice typical of the mid-20th-century "Exotic Revival" decor that prioritized both drama and utility. The casting shows excellent detail in the stylized headdress and feathered wings, likely composed of a heavy resin or composite material. It remains in very good vintage condition with some light surface scuffing and minor dust accumulation in the crevices, but no structural damage or missing decorative elements.
