USA,” one page, 5.25 x 7.75, March 21, 1861. Letter to a gentleman. In full: “I have received your polite note and with pleasure subscribe myself.” Mounted and framed to an overall size of 7 x 10.5. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, scattered creases, and a pencil notation to the upper left corner.
