Prince of Wales and first British monarch of the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, Edward’s reign (1901–1910) was named the Edwardian era. Ink signatures, “Alexandra—August 8th, 1880,” and “Albert Edward, August 8/80,” on an off-white 7 x 2.75 off-white slip. In fine condition, with a bit of scattered light toning and light pencil remnants along top edge. Accompanied by two unsigned cartes-de-visite.
