(Edward VII) A lock of his hair, 6 strands. Comes with a copy of the original paper folder which the hair was wrapped in, on which is written "Prince of Wales...Hair, May 1851." Also comes with a copy of the Certificate of Authenticity by Charles Hamilton. Reads in part, "...I have examined a lock of Edward VII, King of England, obtained when he was Prince of Wales in May 1851 (age 9)...and find that it is an authentic lock of the future king's hair...from the private collection of the late Hubert Evelyn Bray, professor of mathematics at Rice..." $300-400
