Fully floral carved and built on a Miles City tree, Edward H. Bohlin "Ranchero" Parade Saddle from the Legendary Texas Y-O Ranch. 14” swells, 3” high Cheyenne roll, 15” seat, 10” fenders and lavish 21” long tapaderos, this artfully designed Hollywood silver parade saddle is mounted with heavy gauge, intricately engraved swell caps, silver gullet, and fully silvered cantle. Tastefully adorned with round sterling conchos separated by Bohlin’s trademark silver spots, this parade ensemble includes original matching Beverly breast collar, and bridle plus Bohlinmade and marked half-breed bit. The set is extensively maker-marked and includes a silver seat plate engraved with the name “Earle Brown”.
Provenance: Part of Charlie Schreiner’s Y-O Ranch Western Collection -- acquired directly from Charlie in the 1980s by his Kerrville neighbor, Clint Cummings.
