Polish bass (1853–1917) who was one of the most celebrated singers in Europe and America in the late-Victorian era. Original 4.25 x 6.5 cabinet photo of Reszke devilishly dressed as Mephistopheles, signed and inscribed in black ink, “To Miss L. Tolmomino, in kind remembrance of Mephisto, Edouard de Reszke, 1900.” In fine condition.
