Allen St. John.<BR><BR>Publisher's red cloth with blue titles and decoration on the spine and front board. Bound with a section of 64 pages of different paper type that have browned with age leaving a dark band clearly visible along the edge of the text block, a feature mentioned in Heins's bibliography. Light shelf wear with a faint wavy dark spot running along the lower edge of the boards. Beautiful dust jacket with only minor shelf soiling to the white areas. No price printed on the jacket.
