The book and dust jacket are in overall fine condition. Housed in an archival clamshell case bound in red cloth and leather with gilt lettering and decorations, also in fine condition. <BR><BR>Other than Tarzan, John Carter is Edgar Rice Burroughs' most famous literary creation. Carter narrates <I>Swords of Mars</B></I>, the eighth novel in Burroughs' "Barsoom" (Mars) series.
