<B>Eastern Maine State Fair Award Medal.</B></I> Gold-plated silver, 50.5 mm, 57.5 gm. An undated and unissued award medal from the Eastern Maine State Fair in Bangor. The annual event was first held in 1883 and this medal likely dates to the turn of the century or earlier. The obverse features a rather cluttered farm scene replete with various types of livestock and a steam powered tractor in the distance.
