The left side of the slide has the stacked AC-40 markings and serial number. The right side has the double "eagle/ 359" and "eagle/ swastika" proofs, which are repeated on the frame, lug and small parts. Marked "ac" on the trigger guard. Comes with a pair of ribbed brown plastic grips numbered to the gun and non-matching magazine. Complete with a leather holster and spare magazine. The back of the holster is stamped "C. BUDISCHUWSKY / WIEN / 1940" with a faint "eagle/WaA47" proof.

Condition: Excellent. The pistol retains 85% plus original blue finish with edge and high spot wear with most of the blue loss confined to the front grip strap and muzzle. The grips are also excellent with a few minor dings. Mechanically excellent. The holster is very fine with some minor handling marks and flex wear and a pin size hole on the body under the flap. The stitching is tight.
