This lot features an antique sterling sliver creamer which date letter indicates it is form 1796. This creamer features many elegant designs that wrap around the cup. The explanation of marks is below. The Lion indicates it is sterling sliver. The face with crown tells it was made in London prior 1822. The date mark an A states it was made in 1796. Finally the man at the end is King George III's duty mark. The creamer is in excellent condition for its age. Measures 5" H x 4 1/2" W x 2 1/2" D. The piece is from the Anne Moore estate collection, Anne was a direct relative to Elias Boudinot President of the Continental Congress from 1782-1783. This piece is possibly from his original estate.
