Manufactured in 1957 with the standard markings and features. The front of the cylinder, loading gate and rear of the frame are all stamped with the assembly number "571". The right side of the trigger guard is stamped with a "C" and the left side is stamped with a "VP" in a triangle proofmark along with a "P". Fitted with a set of checkered hard rubber grips with the Rampant Colt at the top and "9247" marked on the inside. With the original black box numbered to the gun and a Colt Single Action Revolver Survey sheet.

Condition:
Excellent, 98% plus original blue finish with some scattered minor scratches, some minor high edge wear and a few small spots of scattered surface oxidation. The frame retains 99% original case colors with some minor freckling and a few light scratches. The grips are also excellent with only slight handling marks. The box is good with the lid detached, a couple split edges on the lid and edge wear.
