South Kingstown Containing Eight Acres ….” The document is Signed, “Thomas Hopkins, his mark,” by STEPHEN HOPKINS (1707-1785) American political leader from Rhode Island and a signer of the Declaration of Independence. Thomas Hopkins, a relative of Stephen Hopkins, has signed with his mark “T”.
