Fine. The pistol retains 60% of the bright original finish, (a majority on the frame sides and bottom). The slide is a 50-50 mix of blue finish and smooth gray patina. The grip straps have a smooth mottled gray patina. Much of the faded original case colors remain on the hammer. Most of the fire blue remains on the small components. The grips have faded slightly and remain excellent with a few minor handling marks and crisp checkering. The markings remain crisp and clear. Mechanically excellent.
