The lot features a North Plains Native American Indian Trade Percussion Rifle in a .60 large caliber from circa 1830-1880. The rifle shows a heavy 32.5"L round barrel, etched lock plate, large hammer and top strike percussion cap. The rifle shows the ram rod and has Indian tanned hide supports holding the barrel and stock. Provenance: This is from a large Native American Indian private collection in Wyoming and has been the the collectors family for over 60 years. Originally recovered in the Washington area.
