This lot features an antique Frank Siddall's Soap advertising crate. The piece has a litho paper label with bold text and colors reading "Frank Siddalls Soap, Does away with the Wash Boiler Nuisance" as well as an illustration of a man kicking a boiler while a woman works in a laundry tub. The front shows an additional label reading "Frank Siddalls Soap, Philadelphia, Pa" while side labels read "Don't get the old Washed Boiled Mended". The piece has modern hinges and a knob. There is a newer repair to the lid. Measurements are 16.5" x 10.5" x 6.5"H. Overall, a very nice item for display or interior decor.
