Early English Navy case with raised compartment for capper and red velveteen lined with oak exterior and brass mounts. This case will take an early London Navy or square back. The interior of the case is invery good condition showing some normal fading, slight impressions and just minor age. The case in our opinion would go well with a pistol retaining up to 80% original finish. The case retains its originalcompartment cover along with large-size cap tin showing full label and a blued and unmarked .36 caliber mold that is very similar to Colt but shows no markings and has some pitting. The exterior of the box is ingood to very good condition and retains all brass hardware. A very desirable Colt accessory that is absolutely genuine. Est.: $2,500-$5,000.
