Early Colt Model 1877 DA revolver, .38 cal., 3-1/2” ejectorless barrel, nickel finish, checkered rosewood grips, #1362, accompanied by a tooled period leather holster marked “H. Keller, MAKER, Corpus Christi, Tex.”. Thisgun is in overall very good to near fine condition showing approx. 65% original finish with scattered spots of erosion, some flaking and scattered mars from carry and storage; good bore and action, good markings, very good desirable early grips with old “X”s carved on the butt of each side; approx. 98% etched panel scene on left side of barrel visible; holster is overall fair to good showing years of carry and by adesirable Texas maker.
