<td width="100%">
This doll is 8" tall and kind of like a Kewpie. She has painted side glancing eyes that bulge out. You can see some of the paint is rubbed. It is probably from the early 1900s. She is in what I believe to be her original plain brown box. There is some fade to the blue and it appears one of the white felt circles on the front to represent buttons is missing. The legs are wood and the middle of the body is a spring or coil type piece. I would guess that it would make a noise when pushed together and released as there is a little hole in the base but it doesn't make a noise now. The back of the cotton dress is bluer than the front. The picture may not look like that due to the lighting. She is from a smoke free environment. She's definitely an early toy doll. If you can love her, please bid. Buyer to pay $15 for U.S. shipping, insurance, and handling. Thanks for viewing.
