This early Cartier pocket watch was made in Switzerland/France around 1850. The watch is fitted with a key-wind movement and displays hour and minute. The white enamel dial shows blued cathedral hands. The watch case is made of 18K gold and portrays a floral design set with diamonds on the back. The watch case number is 66456. The movement number is 73739. The watch case cover is hallmarked.
