Made by A.H. Fox Gun Company, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1911. 30" blued No.2 weight Krupp steel barrels with modified and modified chokes in 12 gauge with 2-3/4" chambers and ejectors. Gun has full matted rib with bead front sight, floral breech engraving, and standard steel barrel with Fox address markings. Barrel flat is interestingly marked "MODEL 1910". Case-hardened 12 gauge frame with early style "C" grade fine line bird, floral, and dog scene engraving and double triggers with automatic safety. Factory "C" grade walnut checkered stock with numbers not matching gun. Stock is fitted with period leather faced pad and Bakelite grip cap. Also original checkered walnut splinter forend with latch release. LOP: 14". DAC: 1-1/2". DAH: 2". CALIBER: 12 GA. S/N: 15831. FFL STATUS: Curio & Relic.
CONDITION
95% barrel blue remaining from old reblue. 90% varnish with butt stock being an original stock but a replacement. Forearm is original to gun. Action has turned screws and is worn to a silvery patina. Good bores and mechanics with a good look.
