<B>Very Early Astronaut Document Signed by Grissom, Schirra, and Slayton.</B></I> "Aircraft Flight Report and Maintenance Record", two pages, 8" x 5", Langley AFB, Virginia, ca. 1959. Signed in pencil twice on front by each astronaut as follows: "<I>Virgil Grissom</B></I>", "<I>Walter Schirra</B></I>", and "<I>D K Slayton Maj</B></I>". Evenly toned, very fine condition.
