This is an excellent Apache Native American Indian beaded and fringed tobacco pouch. The piece shows a very unique construction with Indian tanned and harness leather construction and three tiers of long cut fringe. The fringe shwos exquoiste wound glass pony trade beads from the 19th century in sky padre blue and navy. Along with the beads are folded pieces of trade tin. The tobacco pouch is in good overall condition and is believed to be from the 19th to 20th century. The wonderful piece measures 3"W x 18"L.
