Early 1970's Olympia Stadium Ticket Box. The demolished former home of the fabled Detroit Redwings lives on in the form of this simple wooden box which was once posted at the entrance of the rink for the purpose of filing attendees' tickets. Each of the four slots on the top corresponded to a different section of the area, with a hinged lid allowing ticket counters access after the crowd had filed in. The red painted box shows appropriate wear, and measures 9x10x15". Acquired by our consignor at the sale of memorabilia following the razing of this storied establishment. \

Shipping: Miscellaneous Collectibles, Larg (view shipping information)
