The heavy cardboard board of this old game tells that it was made by Selchow & Richter, Trade Mark Registered in U.S., March 1874; Re-registed Oct. 8 1918; Reistered in Canada March 21, 1890. The board is in near mint condition. This game is the revised 1937 edition. Inside are the colored "chips" with brass surrounds (4 pink, 4 blue, 4 green, 4 yellow), 2 dice shakers and 1 wooden round container, and 8 dice. The price tag on the box shows that it originally sold for 89 cents. The exotic picture on the box of the Indian snake charmer is bright and vivid. The box top is in good repair but for one corner where the seam is split vertically and extending about 4 inches on one side horizontally, and a little wear on the edges & corners. The box bottom has 2 splits on the seam, each about 2 inches long, a nick on the top edge, and some wear along the seams.
