Newcom, the store handled mercantile goods and expanded to include gentlemen's and ladies' ready-to-wear. By 1922 the company had grown into the third largest general merchandise business in the state. This stein reads "Holiday Greetings The Shore-Newcom Co." and displays festive detailing. This piece was likely gifted to one of their employees to celebrate the holiday time. This stein shows excellent condition and measures 4 1/2" tall with a 3" diameter of the rim and a 3 3/4" diameter of the base.
