Sent to Mrs. C. A. Noteware of Carson City. Small print says Cogwin and Noteware. Mr. Noteware was the first Nevada Secretary of state from 1864-1871. He ran a successful book store in Carson City with his partner. They sold books, newspapers, knives, toys, window shades, fishing tackles, sheet music, artist materials, and guns! Nice historical piece! Reduced at right where opened. Affects stamp.
