EXHIBIT SUPPLY WHOM YOU SHOULD MARRY FORTUNE MACHINE.
Exhibit Supply manufactured a number of different coin-operated machines and vendors during the 1920s-40s time period. Oftentimes these same machines are still in use today in such iconic locations as Hershey Park, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, etc. Encased in an elegant oak cabinet resting on nickeled cast iron legs. At the top gallery is a preacher with a wedding couple behind glass. One would choose their appropriate birth month and deposit a penny in the coin slot, push the slide in, and receive a card. The card would thus indicate whom you should marry. This card was for men or women, but more than likely females were likely the main audience. A fine older restoration to the oak cabinet with metal trim replated in nickel. The papier mache figures and background have been professionally and attractively restored to their original elegance. Included with this machine in the lower storage area are several original boxes of Exhibit Supply cards that would work in this machine, but are not necessarily correct. SIZE: 72" h x 14" d x 24" w. CONDITION: Overall very fine restored condition. 1-13134
